Position Title: Sales & Accounts Consultant

Location: Europe (remote) or North America (Eastern or Central Time zones, remote)

The Sales Consultant role:

As a Sales Consultant, you will be on the frontline of increasing Riskline's global sales. You are driven to understand potential customer needs in order to offer Riskline solutions. If you are a proactive individual with a go-getter attitude, a great communicator and have team spirit we want to hear from you!


You will report to Business Development Directors while working remotely to manage the assigned sales activities, proactively planning and organizing sales work, handling prospective customers, preparing proposals, and representing Riskline at various events. Responsibilities include:

Sales (75%)

  • Outbound sales activity
  • Promote and sell Riskline products and solutions through direct virtual meetings and events.
  • Nurture sales-qualified leads.
  • Use various digital communication channels (email, video calls, etc.) to manage and negotiate a deal closure.
  • Follow industry-specific sales strategies and plans to achieve sales goals;
  • Answer any enquiries or questions from your leads pool;
  • Work with a moderate level of guidance and direction from managers
  • Report weekly to your manager on the campaign progress and provide insights and market intelligence.
  • Participate in the preparation of the quarterly sales plan and identification of the target customer and prospect groups
  • Monitor and manage the sales pipeline velocity at the desired level.

Account Management (25%)

  • Ongoing relationship management for a small set of customers to drive overall health, expansion, product adoption, retention, and loyalty
  • Continuously demonstrating the value of Riskline through written communication and verbal check-ins
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships
  • Communicating and championing partner concerns, priorities, and feedback to internal stakeholders

Required Knowledge & Experience:

  • Relevant Work Experience: 3-5 years of sales experience in SaaS, B2B sales and/or the travel industry. Demonstrated track record of delivering on sales targets. Experience working remotely in a full-time position.
  • Business Understanding: Understanding of and/or prior experience with travel industry or SaaS will be treated as an advantage
  • Technical Know-how: Verifiable experience with the sales pipeline process, Salesforce, and lead management. Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel and Powerpoint) and Google Suite.

  • A people person, with strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented person who excels in working independently yet collaboratively across different teams
  • An out-of-the-box thinker, with excellent analytical, problems solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Located in Europe or North America, with work permission in your country of residence
  • Fluent in English (second language nice to have)
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
