Our Marketing team is expanding and we’re looking for an A-player Marketing Coordinator to join us! As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be working alongside seasoned Marketing and RevOps professionals and will be responsible for the coordination and execution of our marketing initiatives. Your focus will be on content creation and will include cross-departmental collaboration and campaign management among other exciting responsibilities. Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Create and manage short and long-format content (including but not limited to website copy, blog, social, product marketing copy, presentations, email, whitepapers)
  • Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials and maintain an inventory of sales support collateral
  • Support promotional activities for product/features launches and public relations efforts
  • Coordinate marketing and community events (online and offline – such as webinars, trade shows and company events), including overseeing logistics, event promotion, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors/speakers, creating itineraries, ordering marketing collateral and more
  • Assist with the creation of branded advertising campaigns and set up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Create and manage landing pages
  • Support all internal communication systems
  • Conduct research to analyse customers’ behavior, competitors and industry trends
  • Prepare regular reports by collecting and analyzing data
  • Support all demand generation, demand capture and lead nurturing activities
  • Coordinate CRM data and keep it up-to-date by maintaining databases (leads, customers) and ensuring the right processes are in place
  • Manage and maintain marketing automation tools
  • Monitor budgets by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts

What we expect from you:

  • 3-5 years of experience in content management, creative writing, advertising concepts and event management
  • A creative mind with advanced (native or near-native) written and verbal communication skills in English - this is key so please be respectful of this requirement
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Positive personality and a can-do attitude
  • Solid organisational skills and a detail-oriented mindset while being able to see the big picture
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with online advertising campaigns desired
  • Experience with photo and video editing is a plus

What you can expect:

  • This is a full-time contractor agreement role (40 hours per week) with unlimited paid vacation days. However, we are open to part-time or hourly engagement with the right candidate.
