Position Title: Account Manager

Location: North America (remote)

The Account Manager role:

As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to work closely with our customers to maximize the value that they are getting out of Riskline. You are driven to understand a partner's business goals, dig deep into their solution, and provide insight and recommendations to help them achieve success.


You are responsible for driving high levels of partner satisfaction, expansion, and long-term partner retention among your set of partner accounts, all based in North America. You’ll achieve this by being knowledgeable about your accounts’ business and industries, actively engaging with partners on both a proactive and reactive basis, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to champion on behalf of our partners.

Regular activities include:

  • Ongoing relationship management for your group of partners to drive overall health, expansion, product adoption, retention, and loyalty
  • Continuously demonstrating the value of Riskline through written communication and verbal check-ins
  • Understanding the client's business needs and goals and monitoring partners’ business results, identifying opportunities/risks, making recommendations for improvements, providing strategic consultation and best practices
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, find mutual understanding and create win-win partnerships
  • Communicating and championing for partner concerns, priorities, and feedback to internal stakeholders
  • Works with Sales, Product and other internal departments to ensure that renewals and potential new revenue opportunities are actioned.

You’re a great fit for this role if you love making new connections, you’re passionate about travel and the industry, and want to have a direct impact on how travellers benefit from our products and solutions.

Required knowledge and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Account Management Experience (travel or SAAS experience preferable).
  • Demonstrated track record of maintaining and growing strong client relationships
  • Experienced with B2B accounts and reseller relationships (preferred, but not essential)
  • Experienced with Salesforce (preferred, but not essential)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (Excel and Powerpoint) and Google Suite

Your profile:

  • A people person, with strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
  • A self-motivated and goal-oriented person who excels in working independently yet collaboratively across different teams
  • An out-of-the-box thinker, with excellent analytical, problems solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Located in North America, with work permission in your country of residence
  • Fluent in English (second language nice to have)
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally as required
