The Account Manager role:
As an Account Manager, your primary responsibility is to work closely with our customers to maximize the value that they are getting out of Riskline. You are driven to understand a partner's business goals, dig deep into their solution, and provide insight and recommendations to help them achieve success.
Responsibilities
You are responsible for driving high levels of partner satisfaction, expansion, and long-term partner retention among your set of partner accounts, all based in North America. You’ll achieve this by being knowledgeable about your accounts’ business and industries, actively engaging with partners on both a proactive and reactive basis, and working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to champion on behalf of our partners.
